Food Truck Fleet mechanic

Ralph's Snack Bar is largest food truck operator in the Southwest. We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on our vast food truck fleet (P30, Workhorse & Freightliner). Our ideal candidate is safety-focused, efficient, and prides themselves on high-quality work.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, 1:30pm-10pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on commercial vehicles.
- Conduct engine diagnostics, brake inspections, and tire repairs.
- Quickly troubleshoot and repair breakdown issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Own set of tools.
- Communication skills to work with team members.
