Measure projects in-home.
Review plans/options with customers and estimate labor costs based on the renovation project.
Pre-close customer on project estimate, cost, and timeline
Meet with store designers virtually to go over the project plan and labor estimates.
Responsible for interpreting specifications, job plans, purchase orders, and company policies and procedures to employees.
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with many structured touch points.
Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues. JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of prior existing home improvement estimating and sales.
Previous residential or in-home sales experience is a strong plus.
Must have experience in Kitchen or Architectural design, construction, technical drafting, floor plans, or building permits.
Must have general construction knowledge in Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Countertops, Cabinets, Carpentry, and Drywall.
Computer experience with the MS Office suite and estimating software.
20/20, or construction management software, experience is a strong plus.
Detail-oriented and excellent customer service experience.
Reliable transportation and a clear/valid driver’s license. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 plus commission opportunities Benefits:
