What You’ll Do
Support the Restaurant General Manager with overall operations.
Supervise and coach team members to deliver great guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and cash control.
Recruit, train, and retain team members to build strong morale and performance.
Ensure compliance with brand and safety standards at all times.
Assist in hitting labor, sales, and operational performance goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–2 years of management experience in the restaurant or retail industry.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Basic computer and math skills; POS system knowledge preferred.
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a high-energy environment.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Preferred Experience
Prior Taco Bell or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience.
Training and development of team members.
Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred).
