Appointment Setter Outbound Call Center

You will be the initial point of contact with decision-makers. Our exceptional sales team is highly skilled in consistently closing a high percentage of the quality leads that are set. All you have to do is connect them with the homeowner and they'll take it to the finish line for you.

Duties:
Maintain a self-driven mindset and strive for high performance.
Strong interpersonal and English verbal communication skills are a must.
Follow proven scripts and rebuttals, while sounding natural and confident.
Be open to coaching and setting clear expectations.
Manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Engage in ongoing training and development programs.
Reliable, on time, and able to work in the office Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm.

Experience:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Skilled at navigating and mulitasking with in a dialer, calendar & maps.
Required: Telemarketing or Telesales Experience
Solar Appointment Setting Experience is a plus.

Income Potential:
Base Pay of $17/hr
Bonuses when added to your hourly can take you from $23-40/hr or more depending on your efforts and skill level.
