Plumber-We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction plumbing, pipe threading, and working on various construction sites. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and blueprints. The Plumber will also utilize mechanical knowledge, schematics, and hand tools to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly for various plumbing applications
Conduct remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems in both new construction and existing structures
Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to move materials or equipment on-site
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Skills
Proven experience in construction plumbing, including pipe threading and installation
Strong knowledge of construction site procedures and safety standards
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately a plus
Skilled in using power tools and hand tools effectively for plumbing tasks
Experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus
Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting
Knowledge of carpentry basics relevant to plumbing installations or modifications
Valid driving license for transportation between sites
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
