Front Desk / Member Experience – Boxing Gym (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Boxing Inc. is looking for a reliable, friendly front desk team member to be the face of our gym.

If you’re organized, upbeat, and comfortable talking to people all day, this might be a great fit. You don’t need to be a boxer — but you do need to bring good energy.

What you’ll do:
• Greet members and guests as they arrive
• Answer phones, texts, and emails
• Check members in and help new visitors feel welcome
• Sell memberships, class packages, and merchandise
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
• Support coaches and management as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, confident, and dependable
• Strong communication skills (in person + phone/text)
• Comfortable with basic computer systems
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be punctual and professional

Schedule:
• Morning and/or evening shifts available
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred
