Melanie is seeking an exceptional Host who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and embodies the true spirit of hospitality. This role is the heartbeat of the guest experience. The ideal candidate is warm, intuitive, and service-driven, with the versatility to support host stand responsibilities while assisting with key server-assistant tasks on the floor. If you love connecting with people, anticipate needs before they are spoken, and take pride in delivering memorable dining moments, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Host Duties Warmly greet and welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments with grace and accuracy. Maintain a calm, confident presence at the host stand during peak hours. Communicate table status and guest flow with the management and service team members. Ensure the entrance and host area remain organized and inviting. Work as an active team player to maintain seamless service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a host or server, familiarity with Tock (or Resy, OpenTable, etc).   Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in busy service environments. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment.
