Highly experienced wood framer

Seeking highly experienced and skilled wood framer

Duties:

- Prepare list of materials required for work.
- Thoroughly check through blueprints.
- Attend meetings and or walkthroughs as necessary.
- Communicate and coordinate with on site superintendents.
- Problem solving.
- Perform actual work.
- Perform work as efficient as possible.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to read blueprints thoroughly.
- Public work experience a must.
- Respectful to fellow employees.
- Punctual with time.
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
- Must be available and responsive with phone calls.

Required :

- Have own tools necessary and or required for wood framing related work.
- Drug free
- Must have own transportation.
- Valid Social and Driver's license
- Background check. Clean background history.
