We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and provide high-level administrative support to our management team.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and payments through phone, email, and live chat.
Operational Excellence: Manage and respond to customer emails in a timely manner, track unresolved issues, and provide clear and effective solutions to all inquiries.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience; background in industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of service principles.

Soft Skills: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.

Flexibility: Ability to work overtime as required by business needs.

Schedule & Compensation

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Pay: $19-$21 per hour.
