Warehouse Personnel

NcSTAR is an optics and sporting goods company with over 20 years in the business. We are seeking a full time warehouse employee with a friendly and professional disposition.
Daily Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Process all incoming deliveries
-Stock inventory to racks and shelves
-Pick , pull and pack wholesale orders, and prepare them for delivery or pickup
-Palletize and wrap large wholesale orders
-Perform regular scheduled inventory cycle counts
-Keep receiving area tidy and organized
-Work with warehouse manager to offer improvements to current receiving procedures
-Investigate discrepancies in inventory
Assist order fulfillment during downtime or busy sales periods.

There will also be general warehouse duties that you may be asked to assist in, in addition to the duties listed above.

Candidates must have the following qualifications and skills:
-Must be very detail oriented
-Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
-Able to work in a fast paced environment, while still maintaining accuracy
-Ability to work independently
-Strong communication and problem solving skills
-Punctual and able to meet deadlines
-Excellent time management skills
MUST be available to work overtime as needed
