Position: Part-Time Office Assistant (In Person)
Company: Linq Kitchen
Location: City of Industry, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour, with potential for raises based on performance

Linq Kitchen is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. This is an in-office position with a flexible schedule, as long as the employee is able to work a minimum of 4 hours per day and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
File and organize physical and digital paperwork
Complete and submit vendor packages accurately and on time
Maintain organized records and documentation
Assist with general administrative office tasks as needed

Schedule & Flexibility
Monday–Friday availability between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Flexible daily scheduling within business hours
Average of 20 hours per week
In-office role only

Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document handling)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Prior office experience is a plus but not required
