Rhired Staffing is looking for motivated, outgoing hustlers with a construction background who aren’t afraid to hit job sites, talk to people, and generate leads.

As we continue to grow, we are also looking for a driven, experienced B2B outside sales professional to help us expand our referral and partnership network.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Outside B2B Sales Representative to identify, develop, and secure long-term partnerships with construction, mitigation, restoration, manufacturing, and logistics companies. This role is focused on relationship-building — not retail sales. You will be responsible for opening doors, establishing trust, and bringing in qualified leads and long-term clients.

Duties:
• Visit construction sites & nearby businesses
• Speak with supervisors, project managers & decision-makers
• Introduce our staffing services & build relationships
• Use phone app for directions, notes, and contacts
• Enter leads and basic notes for follow-up

Pay & Schedule:
• $23/hour plus commission Part-time (potential for growth) 4 days/week 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM shift

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation, valid license & insurance
• Comfortable using phone apps (GPS, photos, data entry)
• Confident, outgoing, go-getter personality
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door outreach & canvassing
• Construction or B2B sales background preferred
• Bilingual a plus
