Security Dispatcher

Guardian Eagle Security is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Security Dispatcher to support our operations team. This entry level role plays a key part in coordinating field officers, handling communications, and assisting with daily security operations.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in dispatch, security operations, or logistics while building toward a long-term career in the security industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Dispatch security officers to assigned sites and respond to service requests
• Monitor phone, radio, and digital communication channels
• Track officer check-ins, shift changes, and site coverage
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Communicate clearly with officers, supervisors, and management
• Assist with schedule changes and last-minute coverage needs
• Escalate incidents to supervisors in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling or dispatch systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
• Prior dispatch, security, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
