Business Development Representative (Mortgage Industry)
Location: In-Office (3 days/week)
Type: Part-Time (Fast Track to Full-Time)
We’re a growing mortgage company looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to expand our referral network by building relationships with real estate agents and other key professional partners.
This is a phone-based role focused on setting appointments by offering a proven system that helps partners grow their business while creating consistent mortgage referrals. No fluff. Just real value.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to real estate agents
Introduce our mortgage platform and value proposition
Set qualified appointments for relationship-building and referral partnerships
Clearly explain how our system helps Realtors generate more business
Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales / cold calling strongly preferred)
Strong preference for candidates with experience as:
Title Representative
Escrow Officer / Rep
Mortgage professional
Real estate professional
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Confident, professional phone presence
Organized, persistent, and relationship-driven
Able to work in-office 3 days per week
