Seeking Property Assistant in Old Topanga Canyon

Seeking a property assistant who can work M-F, minimum of 4 hrs day or more in Old Canyon…must be a super organizer, a problem solver, a great communicator, a garden/landscape enthusiast, and an agile person able to roll with a lot of moving parts.

This role involves some organizational administrative duties, occasional hosting responsibilities for sound studio guests, errands here and there, and lots of outdoor work looking after landscape and property issues.

Part-time commitment is the minimum but it could easily be a full-time job. We want to allow flexibility for the right person, but it must be a set, predictable schedule. People will be counting on you.

It is a unique, beautiful property. A lot of the work will be independent, but you will interface daily with owners, crew members and workers. We value integrity, reliability and professionalism.
