Private Patrol Officer - Vehicle Patrol (HOA Communities)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Vehicle Patrol Officer to provide patrol services for residential HOA communities. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, communicates clearly, and approaches enforcement with professionalism and customer service in mind.

Responsibilities:
Conduct vehicle patrols of HOA communities
Check pools and common area facilities
Perform vehicle and parking enforcement in accordance with HOA rules
Document incidents and activities through clear, accurate written reports
Communicate effectively with residents, management, board members and dispatch
Maintain a professional, courteous presence while on patrol

Requirements:
Clean driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, write, and complete reports accurately
Customer service–oriented mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:
8-hour shifts
Tuesday – Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (16 hours total)
Thursday – Saturday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (24 hours total)
