HIRING BAKER/ CAKE ICER

We’re looking for a skilled Baker & Cake Icer to join our growing bakery team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with buttercream, enjoys a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in beautiful, consistent work.

What You’ll Do:

Bake cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery items according to our recipes and standards

Ice and decorate cakes (smooth buttercream, borders, simple designs, writing)

Prep fillings, frostings, and components for daily production

Assist with custom cake orders and seasonal designs

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety standards

Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with cake icing and buttercream (professional or strong home bakery experience)

Comfortable smoothing cakes and doing basic decorative work

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes

Positive attitude and team mindset

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Bakery or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate

Schedule:

Morning and daytime shifts

No late nights

Part-time or full-time available
