Front Office Dental receptionist
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | No Weekends Mon-Fri 8 am -5 pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and friendly Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic dental practice.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments
Help answering the phone
Consents and co-pays already calculated for you.
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year dental front office experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Desire to grow and develop within the practice
