Seeking Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser

We are seeking a CA Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser to work with our firm. Bricker Appraisals has been servicing the SF Bay and Sacramento Region since 2001.

This is an Independent Contractor role for a Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser at Bricker Appraisals LLC and is for coverage of Contra Costa and Solano Counties and potentially more covergae counties soon available within California only. The role involves conducting in-person real estate appraisals (this is not a remote position - geographic competency required), analyzing residential properties, determining property values, and preparing appraisal reports. We pride ourselves on customer service, detailed analytics, and appraisal reports which stand above our competition.

Qualified Individuals Must Be:
-Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser currently licensed in CA with 1-3 years experience (minimum and maximum)
-Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising skills
-Experience in Residential Real Estate and Property Appraisal
-Valuation expertise
-Strong analytical and research skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy in appraisal reports
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-A La Mode/Total Software experience preferred
-Self Starter/Motivated as this is an Independent Contractor Position.
