Commercial Siding Contractor Needed (Licensed / Bonded / Insured) – Midtown Sacramento

I’m seeking a licensed, bonded contractor with liability insurance to repair/replace siding on a commercial building located at:

929 20th Street, Midtown Sacramento, CA

Scope (Phase 1 / )

Remove a section of siding at the rear of the building (initial opening)

Inspect studs/framing for any moisture damage or rot

Install Tyvek or an approved commercial waterproofing/water-resistive barrier (WRB) and properly flash/details as needed

Re-install with new siding (or temporarily close up if we’re waiting on final material selection)

Overall Goal:
We want to explore commercial-grade siding options designed for maximum longevity (ideally “lifetime” type durability). Preference for:

Non-wood/composite/metal/fiber-cement style options

Concealed/blind fasteners, when possible, for a clean look and long-term performance
Current siding is redwood tongue-and-groove.

Access / Scaffolding:
We can provide scaffolding, or you can include scaffolding setup in your bid—please specify.

Requirements (must have):

Active CA contractor license (include license #)

Bonded + general liability insurance (proof required)

Experience with commercial exterior siding + WRB/flashing best practices

Ability to pull permits if needed (please advise)
