We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatch & Sales professional to handle load booking and dumpster rental sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands logistics, customer service, and sales—and can keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Book and manage freight loads efficiently
• Schedule and dispatch trucks
• Handle inbound & outbound calls for dumpster rentals
• Close sales and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time service
• Maintain accurate records and schedules

Requirements:
• Previous experience in dispatch and/or logistics sales REQUIRED
• Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience with trucking, roll-off dumpsters, or construction logistics is a BIG plus
• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
