Express Employment Professionals is hiring professional Concierge associates to support medical staff transportation for a large healthcare project in San Diego. This is a high-visibility, healthcare-adjacent role requiring reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

Position Overview:
Concierges assist with coordinating shuttle transportation for nurses and doctors traveling between designated hotels and medical facilities. This role focuses on check-ins, compliance, and schedule adherence.

Schedule:
Split Shift – Monday through Sunday
Morning: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Total: 8 hours per day
⚠️ Strict punctuality required – buses run on fixed schedules with no late tolerance.

Pay:
$22.00 per hour
$23.00 per day allowance (mileage + personal cell phone use)

Key Responsibilities:
- Check medical staff on/off shuttle buses using a mobile app
- Ride assigned shuttle routes to support smooth transitions
- Verify boarding via QR code scanning (one passenger at a time)
- Maintain professionalism and calm demeanor at all times
- Follow strict compliance and timing protocols
- Coordinate with onsite supervisors and transportation partners

Professional Requirements
- Extremely well spoken, calm under pressure, and organized
- Comfortable working in a healthcare-adjacent environment
- Must follow strict conduct standards (no marijuana or alcohol odor)
- All black professional attire required (black polo & dress pants)
- Must have a smartphone for app check-ins and communication
- Ability to commit to both AM and PM shifts

Training
- Paid 1-hour Zoom training
- Training required prior to first shift
