COMMERCIAL FLOORING INSTALL HELPER – SAN JOSE

$25–$30/ hour | Start Next Week | Short-Term Project

We are a commercial fitness flooring and equipment company looking for 1–2 experienced install helpers for an upcoming gym flooring project in San Jose.

This is a short-term, paid hourly project with potential for future work.

📍 PROJECT DETAILS

Location: San Jose, CA

Start Date: Tuesday (next week)

Duration: 2–3 days (possibly longer)

Pay: $22–$28 per hour (based on experience)

🔹 WORK INCLUDES

Assisting with glue-down rolled rubber flooring

Assisting with athletic turf installation

Material handling, rolling, staging

Working under experienced install leads

Fast-paced commercial jobsite

🔹 IDEAL BACKGROUND

We’re looking for reliable helpers with some construction or flooring experience, such as:

Flooring installer helpers

Carpet / vinyl / tile helpers

Commercial construction labor

Warehouse or install crews

✅ Glue-down flooring experience is a big plus
❌ This is not for first-time construction workers

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

Physically strong and dependable

Able to lift heavy materials

Able to follow direction and work as part of a team

Show up on time and work full days
