Family Law Firm Intake and Marketing Coordinator
Compensation - $27-$35/hr., depending on location and experience
Employment - Full-time, hourly
Moradi Neufer LLP is seeking an engaging, client-focused Intake and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Our firm is known for high quality legal work, excellent client service, and a friendly and supportive workplace. The position can be remote, but only for a candidate who is able to work our normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. A quiet, professional environment from which to work remotely and reliable internet is also required for this position.
The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Top candidates will have at least one year of law firm or related administrative support experience and demonstrated time-management and organizational skills. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, a team player, and comfortable with working independently. Responsibilities include:
• Conduct intake calls with prospective clients; You are professional, empathetic, and warm while gathering the information you need to determine if a potential client will be a good fit for our firm. You have the ability to establish a connection with a potential client so you can guide them through the full process of meeting our attorneys and retaining us.
• Screen prospective clients using the firm’s Intake Questionnaire; manage scheduling for eleven attorneys, to meet with clients by phone or video, follow up with clients to confirm appointments.
• Prepare fee agreements for new clients; send fee agreements to clients; route signed agreements to accounting to arrange for payments.
• Answer our multi-line phone system and accurately direct calls.
• Maintain client electronic files; Track prospective client intake process on CRM .
• Provide occasional administrative, scheduling, and personal assistance.
• Assist in creating marketing and distribution materials.
• Help plan marketing activities and events.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of law firm or related administrative experience. More experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Quiet, professional environment in which to work remotely.
• Maintain reliable, high-speed internet service.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with sensitivity and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with Clio is a plus.
• Familiar with Canva or similar software
