Need attorney to help with housing case

Hi, I'm an attorney who has a lawsuit pending against the property owner at my former rental unit. The problem is that I don't have experience with civil litigation, so discovery has been a bit slow moving. Also, I'm super busy and haven't had time to focus on the case. I need an attorney to help me out so that this can be pushed forward to settlement or trial. No prior experience necessary, as long as you are CA law licensed. I can pay you by the hour or we could possibly set up some sort of contingency agreement (or a combination of both, if that's allowed). I think this will be a good learning experience for a new attorney or for an attorney interested in learning about landlord tenant cases. All work will be remote, although it would be helpful if you're available down the line to help with depositions and possibly the trial itself (if it goes that far). Thanks for considering.
