Looking for a reliable, skilled person to help with painting, light repairs, and general home maintenance at a private residence.

Tasks include:
• Interior painting & touch-ups
• Basic drywall repair
• Simple electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches – no major wiring)
• Minor plumbing repairs
• General maintenance & odd jobs

Ideal person:
• Experience with basic handyman work
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful
• Has own basic tools
• Non-smoker preferred
• References a plus

Schedule:
• Flexible / part-time
• Initial project with potential for ongoing work
