About Us:
Established E-Waste company headquartered in Sothern California. Corporate E-waste Solutions is an industry leader in providing electronic recycling and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services to that meet our client’s environmental sustainability needs. We are seeking a qualified warehouse associate with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task for a full-time warehouse associate position at our Hayward (NorCal) location.

Objectives:
Perform electronic recycling and IT asset processing tasks in a warehouse setting
Disassemble electronic equipment using hand and power tools (e.g., power drill, screwdriver, box cutter, hammer)
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
Load, unload, and move materials manually or with warehouse equipment
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing high volumes of material
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members


Requirements:
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
Ability to safely lift and carry materials short distances without mechanical assistance
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Effective verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of warehouse experience
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks
Forklift experience (a plus)


Qualifications:
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and job-related purposes

Compensation:
$18–$21 per hour, based on experience
