Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Technician to join our long-standing, industry-respected team. This role is ideal for someone confident working with large-format, heavy-duty textiles in applications where strength, precision, and durability matter. We’re looking for a long-term team member who takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Cut, assemble, and sew heavy, reinforced textile materials

Join multiple fabric panels using both straight and curved seams, including long continuous seam runs

Perform hemming, edge reinforcement, and integration of webbing and attachment points

Sew high-stress and load-bearing seam areas where accuracy is critical

Operate single- and double-needle industrial sewing machines

Manage and maneuver large fabric assemblies efficiently throughout production

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in industrial or commercial sewing environments

Comfortable working with thick, coated, or reinforced textiles designed for outdoor or structural use

Understands fabric behavior under tension, wind load, moisture, and UV exposure

Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on fit, finish, and durability

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Able to read and understand basic blueprints or production drawings

Team-oriented and interested in long-term employment

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Requirements

Demonstrated experience operating industrial sewing equipment

Ability to accurately sew large, multi-panel textile products

Familiarity with reinforcement techniques, webbing, and attachment integration

Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven

Comfortable working independently and as part of a production team
