Sales & Marketing Specialist
Bliss Mobil Expedition Vehicles
Location: United States (Travel Required)
Bliss Mobil designs and builds some of the world’s most capable, premium expedition vehicles. We are seeking a motivated, technically minded Sales & Marketing Specialist to support continued growth in North America and to represent the Bliss Mobil brand at the highest level.
This role is ideal for a professional who is equally comfortable engaging high-end clients, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to creative marketing initiatives—while developing a deep technical understanding of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Manage and coordinate incoming sales leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and customer information
• Respond promptly and professionally to sales requests and product inquiries
• Coordinate new and pre-owned Bliss Mobil sales
• Conduct customer calls, tours, and consultations (in person and remote)
• Represent Bliss Mobil at expos, events, and customer deliveries
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
Marketing & Brand Development
• Create and distribute sales updates, newsletters, and mass email campaigns
• Support pre-owned inventory marketing and promotions
• Collaborate with Bliss Mobil’s marketing agency on video, social media, and
digital campaigns
• Assist with planning and executing social media posts and content
• Develop and explore new marketing avenues to expand brand awareness
• Support event marketing, expos, and promotional activities
Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise
• Learn, retain, and confidently communicate Bliss Mobil technical specifications
and features
• Develop a strong understanding of vehicle systems, layouts, and capabilities
• Serve as a knowledgeable technical resource for customers throughout the
sales process
Qualifications & Requirements
• Sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in a technical, automotive, RV,
marine, or luxury product environment
• Strong customer-facing skills with a professional, polished demeanor
• Technical aptitude and willingness to deeply learn complex vehicle systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working expos, events, and travel as required
• Valid passport (required)
• Clean driving record (required)
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus & Performance Incentives: Based on unit volume sold
• Paid factory training in the Netherlands following a successful 3-month trial
period
