About the Role
Rev Industries designs and manufactures patented revolver speedloaders. We’re looking for a dependable, detail minded person to join our small assembly team. This role involves light mechanical assembly of small parts using basic hand tools, function testing on a safe demo platform (no firearms or live ammunition), packaging finished products, basic inventory control, and preparing shipments for outbound orders.
Responsibilities
• Assemble and test speedloaders according to simple work instructions
• Verify each product functions properly using a demo platform
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Track daily production counts and report to management
Schedule & Hours
• Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week to start
• Work is scheduled during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Specific daily hours are flexible within that window
• No nights or weekends
• This role is expected to grow into full-time over the next few months
Note on location:
We are currently located in Aurora, but expect to relocate to Hudson, Colorado within the next few months. Applicants should be comfortable with that future commute.
What You’ll Need
• Steady hands and attention to detail
• Basic comfort using small tools (screwdrivers, etc.)
• Ability to follow step by step instructions accurately
• Dependable, consistent attendance
• Requires the ability to read, understand, and communicate in English, as all training, work instructions, and safety procedures are conducted in English.
• $20 per hour to start
• This is a part-time role and does not include benefits at this time
