THE ROLE (Littleton)
We’re hiring a Sales Store Manager (Key Holder) for our Littleton location. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store — running sales and managing day-to-day operations. This is hands-on and customer-facing, ideal for someone who thrives in small business life: wearing many hats, thinking on their feet, and genuinely loving people.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet and exceed sales goals
Create a fun, inviting customer experience that keeps people coming back
Troubleshoot sales slumps with curiosity and solutions
Build/refine strategies to boost in-store and online sales
Stay sharp on product knowledge (and potentially train others)
Review sales data and adjust tactics accordingly
Communicate cross-functionally to keep operations smooth
Contribute to the evolution of store systems and culture
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven sales experience (small business or specialty retail preferred)
Impeccable attention to detail
Self-starter mindset + clear ownership
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking (comfortable with reports and targets)
Desire to grow with a company — and help others grow too
WHAT YOU'LL GET
$45K base salary + $15–20K commission potential (depending on performance)
