Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable, friendly building maintenance guy to join our team full time.
• 1 to 2 years experience preferred but we will train
• Weekdays 9:00–5:30, rare after-hours emergencies, must be available
• Must be trustworthy with a valid driver’s license
• $18–$20/hour depending on experience
• Familiar with general building work: drywall, basic electrical and plumbing, painting, light locksmith work, knowledge with building materials and comfortable using power tools
• Friendly with tenants and a quick learner
