Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our growing office. This is a fully in-office position (not work from home) located in the Denver / Thornton area.

This role can be 1–3 days per week or full-time for the right candidate who is willing to take on additional administrative responsibilities.

Hours:
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekdays only

Schedule Options:
• Part-time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-time available with additional administrative duties in other areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online
• Receive and apply customer payments
• Follow up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable
• Track, organize, and reconcile receipts, including fuel receipts, equipment purchases, and other business expenses
• Monitor and track vehicle-related expenses (fuel, repairs, maintenance, registrations, etc.)
• Work daily with our invoice clerk to review invoice reports and verify accuracy
• Collaborate with our accountants firm to research and resolve transaction issues, posting errors, and bookkeeping discrepancies
• Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed
• Support day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of bookkeeping experience required
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication and follow-through
