Smoothie King Team Member – Morning & Mid Shifts

Smoothie King is looking for a reliable, motivated young adult to join our team during the school year. This role is ideal for someone who can open the store and work mid-day shifts. Ideally someone that can work either or both locations - Castle Rock & Highlands Ranch.

What we’re looking for:

Self-starter who works well independently

Clean, organized, and detail-oriented

Professional attitude and appearance

Friendly and confident with customers

Able to complete daily checklists and follow systems

Dependable and punctual (opening shifts are a must)

Responsibilities include:

Opening the store and preparing for the day

Making smoothies and food to Smoothie King standards

Providing excellent customer service

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Completing daily cleaning and prep checklists

Schedule:

Morning and mid-day shifts 3-4 days a week

Ideal for students with flexible school schedules

Experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
