We’re looking for a Vision Therapist to join our fun, friendly crew.

No experience? No worries. We’ll train the right person.

Have experience as an optician or in other areas of eye care? Even better! No more corporate or private equity grind, and a job with lots of growth potential!

💰 Pay Range:
$18 – $24 per hour, depending on your experience and resume.

🧠 What’s a Vision Therapist?
Don’t worry—you don’t need to know yet! We’ll teach you everything. Vision therapy is kind of like physical therapy, but for your eyes and brain. You’ll be helping people (kids and adults) improve how they see and process the world. It’s super rewarding and never boring. You'll have flexible scheduling, the opportunity to work one-on-one and get to know your patients, and you'll be learning as you go with a supportive, helpful team.

Our therapists are not responsible for managing insurance claims or billing insurance plans. They get to focus on the fun part of helping people see better!

• Have experience in healthcare, education, customer service, or childcare
• Are organized and can keep track of details and work well on your own
• Are comfortable using computers and providing documentation in a digital format
• Like working with people (especially kids or folks with disabilities)
