Scope of work:

Weekly mowing & trimming (~4.75 acres)

Rough mowing (~1.5 acres, annual)

Spring & fall cleanup

Drainage areas

Haul-off of all debris

Details:

Seasonal work (steady, not one-time)

Weekday work only (7AM-3PM)

Must use commercial equipment

Federal site – U.S. citizens only
