Full-time line cook

We are hiring a full-time line cook who is available to work Tuesday - Saturday. Always off Sunday & Monday. We cook from scratch, so prep skills, knife work & the ability to consistently follow recipes are all very important, in addition to solid line cooking skills. Ideal candidates are reliable, efficient, well-organized, clean & hygienic, even-tempered and have plenty of experience.
