Breathe Easy Cleaning Co., in partnership with FLOHOM, provides high-end cleaning and guest-prep services for modern floating suites and luxury Airbnb stays across National Harbor’s waterfront.

What You’ll Do

Clean and detail guest suites including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
Maintain flooring, windows, trim, and high-touch areas to premium standards
Restock essentials and stage spaces for guest readiness
Manage supplies and communicate maintenance or inventory needs
Ensure every space meets FLOHOM’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation

What We’re Looking For

Extremely detail-oriented — you notice what others miss
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or professional cleaning
Comfortable working near and on the water (those prone to motion sickness may not be a fit)
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required for transport of supplies)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage a physically active role

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time
$60–$70 per clean (up to $150/day)
Typical hours: 10am–3pm (may vary slightly by assignment)
