Position Overview
CARPALACE is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building long-term client relationships, and achieving individual sales goals. The position offers a base salary plus commission with strong earning potential.
Work Schedule
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days per week (including weekends as scheduled)
Compensation
Base salary plus commission
Estimated annual earnings range: $36,000 – $75,000+, based on performance
Commission structure is uncapped
Key Responsibilities
Engage and assist customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with dealership policies
Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing clients
Develop and maintain product knowledge of inventory and financing options
Collaborate effectively with management and dealership staff
Qualifications
Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Valid driver’s license
U.S. work authorization required
