Sales Assistant/ Appointment Setter

A top Salesman is looking to hire a sales assistant who can set appointments and manage my schedule and office efficiently and effectively. The person must be willing to work 5 days a week, once the systems are learned and the assistant is acclimated it will reduce to 4 days a week with the same pay, for purposes on training and learning. Once organized and systematized the job maybe virtual some days.
The assistant will be responsible for calling leads/clients/ and sometimes cold calls (only if necessary).
Must be a team player and motivated.
Looking for someone entreprenuerial, the job will be paid as a 1099.
Looking for someone who can talk to clients and prospects and set up qualified appointments (whether over Zoom or in person)
The pay is $20 an hour. + bonuses if goals are reached!!
