Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $50,000–60,000 (based on experience)
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $90,000+ annually (base + bonuses + commissions)
Upside Growth: Additional earning opportunities tied to territory expansion and new account development
Career Path: Clear advancement track into a full Sales Representative role within approximately two years

What You’ll Do
Support clinical cases in hospitals and surgery centers
Provide training and in-service education to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff
Assist with product setup, logistics, and inventory management
Support new account development and territory expansion
Develop clinical knowledge in laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robotic procedures
Represent New Wave Endo Surgical professionally in clinical environments

Willing to travel extensively and work in fast-paced clinical environments
Experience
No prior medical device sales experience required
Sales experience is a plus
OR, hospital, or clinical experience is strongly preferred but not required
Travel Expectations
Travel is a core part of this role—up to 2 weeks per month within the United States via driving and flights (this is not an office or work-from-home role)
