About Us: Crab Grab LLC is a fast-growing numismatic and bullion dealer specializing in high-energy live auctions on Whatnot. We bridge the gap between serious investment-grade gold/silver and collectible entertainment.

The Role: We are looking for a digital native to take ownership of our social presence and community engagement. You won’t just be posting photos; you will be building the hype that drives our live auctions.

Responsibilities:

Manage & Moderate: Oversee our Discord server and Whatnot chats, ensuring a welcoming and active community.

Content Strategy: Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and YouTube to drive traffic to our streams.

Web Maintenance: Update our Squarespace site with new inventory and "Buy It Now" drops.

Engagement: Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain our "always-on" brand presence.

Requirements:

Streaming Native: Familiarity with Whatnot is a massive plus. You understand how live auctions work.

Platform Pro: Experience managing Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and Discord for a brand.

Strategic: You can take a rough idea ("we have a gold drop Friday") and turn it into a week-long hype campaign.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage your own social media calendar.

Title: Logistics Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Bonita Springs, FL (On-Site) Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: ~10 hours per week

About Us: Crab Grab LLC is a premier coin and bullion dealer. We process high volumes of inventory weekly and pride ourselves on fast, secure shipping for our customers.

The Role: We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented individual to assist with the "back of house" operations. You will ensure that every high-value order is packed perfectly and shipped on time.

Responsibilities:

Pick & Pack: Securely package gold, silver, and collectibles for shipment (experience with fragile/high-value items is a plus).

Shipping: Generate labels and manage daily drop-offs (USPS/UPS).

Inventory: Sort incoming coin shipments and organize inventory for live streams.

Operations: Assist with basic backend administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Trustworthy: You will be handling valuable precious metals. Integrity is our #1 requirement. Background check required.

Detail-Oriented: Zero tolerance for shipping errors. Accuracy is key.

Reliable: Consistent attendance is required to meet our shipping deadlines.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning basic shipping software (ShipStation/Rollo).
