ob Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sub-Arch Welder (TRACTOR MACHINE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of various welding techniques and the ability to work effectively in a construction site environment.

Responsibilities

Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and join metal components.
Must have welding advanced welding skills - MIG, TIG- FLUX_CORE, Sub-Arch
Utilize a caliper for precise measurements and ensure accuracy in fabrication.
Fabricate ductwork and other metal structures according to project specifications.
Set up and operate a press brake machine for bending metal parts.
Perform soldering tasks as needed for assembly.
Rig materials safely for lifting and moving during the fabrication process.
Adhere to all relevant codes and standards while performing welding tasks.
Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Experience

Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a construction site setting.
Knowledge of this skill with a tractor is a plus!!!
Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and equipment.
Experience operating power tools, hand tools, calipers, and press brake machines.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication practices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
