If you’re tired of selling, this role focuses on helping businesses receive work rather than chasing it.
We run a vendor readiness and placement service and are expanding our team.
The work centers on connecting established service businesses—plumbing, HVAC, restoration, and property maintenance companies—to vendor programs used by insurance firms, home warranty providers, property managers, and national maintenance networks.
This is not a hard-selling role. The systems, positioning, and process are already in place. Team members focus on identifying qualified businesses, helping them understand how vendor programs work, and guiding them through the application and vetting steps.
Commission-based compensation with uncapped upside, $1,000 per successful placement. No advertising, no lead purchases, and no pressure sales—growth comes from building approved vendor relationships.
We’re building something durable and scalable, and we’re looking to add the right people who understand B2B relationships and long-term growth.
