A Countertop Installer specializes in the precise measurement, fabrication, transport, and installation of various countertop materials like granite, quartz, marble, and laminate in residential or commercial settings. Key duties include removing old surfaces, ensuring a level and secure fit for new materials, and maintaining excellent customer service. This physical role requires proficiency with power tools and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Precision: Measure, cut, and fit materials for installation, including under-mount sinks and faucets.
Site Preparation: Remove existing countertops and prepare the area, ensuring cabinets are level.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Safety & Handling: Safely transport, lift, and maneuver heavy, fragile stone slabs.
Finishing: Apply adhesives, sealants, and polish surfaces for a finished look.

Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in countertop installation (granite, quartz, etc.).
Skills: Proficiency with power tools, ability to read tape measures and blueprints, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varied environments.
Licensure: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a reliable team player.
Physical Demands and Environment
Physical: Significant heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
