Inside Sales Representative – Wholesale Aluminum Supply
We are a growing wholesale aluminum supply company seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer needs, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist contractors, manufacturers, and walk-in customers with product selection and pricing
Process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely deliveries
Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding inventory, availability, and lead times
Support outside sales team with account management and follow-up
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, preferably in metals, building materials, or industrial distribution
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to read basic drawings and understand material specifications (preferred)
Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Bilingual is a plus
