Solar Sales - Call Center Appointment Setter

SOLAR APPOINTMENT SETTER – $15/HR + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES (CLEARWATER, FL / IN-PERSON)

PAY

-$15/hour base

-Uncapped commission + monthly bonuses

-Realistic earnings: $41,200 – $62,250/year (base + bonuses + commissions)


SCHEDULE

-Full-time

-11:00am – 7:00pm

-In-person (Clearwater, FL)


WHAT YOU’LL DO

-Make outbound calls to homeowners

-Set appointments for free solar consultations

-Explain simple benefits (lower bills, incentives, clean energy)

-Track notes + appointments accurately


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

-Comfortable talking on the phone

-Strong attitude, coachable, driven

-Reliable and ready to work

-Sales/call center experience is a plus (not required)
