Job Description
Position Overview:
Oversee the operations of the building, ensuring the highest levels of safety, security, hospitality and service for Anaha Residents, Visitors and Guests. Ensures a welcoming and safe environment and be steward of luxury, providing resort-like services and enhancing the quality of their living experience. Professionally manages the flow of questions, assisting with resident services while establishing and maintaining personal relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with the Company’s mission, vision, and objectives.
-Responsible for training and development of all personnel assigned, either directly or through others.
-Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols.
-Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments.
-Ensure the safety of staff and residents within the workplace and building.
-Perform security process evaluations and inspections.
-Be flexible to cover open shifts if needed and available to work all shifts including grave shift, on weekends, and holidays.
-Work with first responders during emergency situations.
-Enforcement of house rules (issue warnings, and citations for rule violators).
-Work with site vendors and contractors and respond to their needs/requests for follow up.
-Written daily shift logs and reports, photo documentation and camera surveillance.
-Log all visitors, contractors, vendors and guests to ensure all are properly registered.
Relationships:
-Reports to the Residential Specialist Manager, Operation Manager and General Manager
-Maintains relationships with peers and all other departments within the building.
-Maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and others serving the Company or the property.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Customer Service Experience.
-Security Experience, Guard Card
-CPR Certification
-Experience at supervisory levels.
-Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
-Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
-Attentive to detail.
-High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
-(Preferred) Minimum of 1 year performing responsibilities with security programs, including the development and assessment of policies and controls.
-Experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Disability Management, and Workers Compensation preferred.
-Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and current practices in the safety and security field.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
