Superior Innovations Construction is actively hiring hands-on crew members to join our growing nationwide team.

💰 Pay
• Starting at $25/hour
• Increases to $30+/hour with performance and experience
• Paid training provided

🛠️ Job Duties Include
• Installing greenhouses and steel/metal buildings
• General construction, maintenance, and snow removal (seasonal)
• Working on elevated structures and job sites
• Assisting with tools, materials, and equipment on site

🚧 Requirements
• Valid state-issued ID required
• Driver’s license is a plus
• No experience necessary — we will train
• Must be physically capable and ready for hands-on labor
• Not afraid of heights
• Willing to travel nationwide
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

➕ Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with heavy machinery (forklifts, lifts, skid steers, etc.)
• Construction or steel building experience
