About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, service‑driven Floor Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads with positivity, and knows how to create a welcoming experience for both guests and staff.
As the Floor Lead, you’ll assist with guidance for the front‑of‑house operations, support staff during service, and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. Must be hands on and not afraid no jump in and take over a task.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support front‑of‑house staff during service
Maintain smooth floor operations and uphold service standards
Assist with training new team members
Communicate effectively with senior management
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the shift
Open and/or close the restaurant as needed
Experience with running inventories
Required Experience & Skills
Barista experience (espresso drinks, coffee bar workflow, equipment care. Latte art (preferred but not required)
Computer savvy (POS systems, basic troubleshooting, digital communication)
Server sales experience
Expo experience (preferred)
Previous restaurant or café leadership experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A positive, team‑oriented attitude
Availability on weekends and some holidays
